I’m creating name tags that are held in neck lanyards for my school’s theatre arts house crew (the crew that shows people to their seats and takes people’s tickets). My problem is that I want people to be able to distinguish the house crew leads from the rest of the house crew so that others know to address the more experienced. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make the leads’ badges distinguishable from the rest of the house crew’s?

Make the housecrew leads badges a different colour to the others and increase the font size using the phrase ‘senior crew or similar’.
