i lost my id on my 19 birthday and got a temporary id. I have my card from school and it has my picture on it with my name. would i be able to get into a bar with that and my temp drivers license as well?
It is up to the bar.

I guess it depends on what state you are in. In New York City a temp drivers license is like the national ID, unless you have an actual Drivers Licence. When we buy beer at the grocery, that’s the ID we show over here. So, I’m thinking yes, it should be good enough to get you in. But don’t thank so much about the bars, you have college to look forward to. Or you will just be one of those people who hangs out in the bars, while their futures comes in the form of a shot glass.
