I want a sailor knot lanyard. Just like those sailor knot bracelets except a lanyard that I can put around my neck.

Go to a craft store. I’m not sure what you’ve got in America (I’m in Australia and go to stores like spotlight or Lincraft)
But I think any craft/fabric store should sell it. Just look in the section which sells trimmings, lace, ribbon etc.
I’ve bought some white sailor knot string and used it on a handbag. I’m not sure you’ll find rainbow sailor knot but you will find something
