Photo ID card.

i think you’re asking for a government issued i.d.
you can get a passport. applications should be at your local post office. or i.d. (yes, with photo) from dept. of motor vehicles – they issue i.d.s that are not driver’s licenses.

do you mean a state identification card, or driver’s license? is she a U.S. Citizen?

all she has to do is take her marriage license, birth certificate and social security card, i’d think. call the agency which she wants to get an identification card from, for information on what type of paperwork she needs to take.

she will also need to go to the social security office to change her name, so she might as well call them and ask what paperwork she’d need to bring, as well.

You should approach to the local authority with your marriage certificate and I am certain that they will help you to have Photo ID of your wife. You may have to go through certain formalities and be there with your Photo ID. With little effort you may resolve this issue.
