Next week I have an ESA medical assessment to go to and they said in the letter that I’d need to bring some information. As I don’t have a passport I need 3 pieces of identification, they suggested a birth certificate which I have but also other things like a bill or driving licence. I have neither. I was just wondering if anybody had any ideas, I had thought about a bank statement but that is the best that I can come up with.
maybe the letter stating you have to attend the work compatability assesment,, national insurance card,, you have the birth cert,, maybe other documentation like: solicitors letters, bank statements – you sometimes are asked to bring along medication you use (for the assesment (this normally has your name and address on the bottles/ packs)) — utility bills and such
