You should obtain a photo from one of the photo kiosks at your local supermarket, or send a recent photo (head and shoulders only). You will need to have the photo certified by somone who has known you for at lease 2 years. This could be your local Postmaster, Doctor, Dentist, Optician, anyone in authority or professional status. You can obtain a form to send off from your local Post Office or download a form from the DVLA website.
