I need government proof of photo ID for a disclosure so i can get a job, i need it by the end of the week. I have no form of ID apparent from my birth certificate and national insurance card.
Some banks offer a photo id credit card. Perhaps that might be a simple way. Either that or apply for a passport even if you are not intending to travel.

im guessing ur in america? in aus you can get a proof of age card which is given out by the rta (roads and traffic authority), so maybe you could go to wherever you can gain a drivers license and they might be able to help you out..

Depending where your are and how old you are. You can get a drivers license, as mention passport but that takes 6 weeks. You can go to your State office and get a State ID card for a small fee. Sometime the Dept of Motor Vehicles will issue State ID cards. You may also need your SSN, proof of residency and a home address.
