it sorta looks moldy lol idk why but i want to print pics of my son but they look messed up
Try to use hp media (hp photo paper and genuine ink) and try to see if it improves. Sometimes, using refilled ink cartridges may not look best on its printouts at all times.

try to print in draft or normal mode if you can. At most times when you print a picture it defaults to Best mode. Try to change the setting to other photo paper for the paper type if you are not using an HP paper

Make sure you are using HP photo paper and not any other brands. Every printer manufacturer likes to make their ink compatible with their paper, especially with photos.
