I am not sure if they would take your health card..take all the photo id's that you have with you. Except maybe a student card............as one cannot use their Health Card as a valid form of ID for purposes such as that. Best bet would be to call the licence bureau in your area direct, and ask them what you need, so you do not show up there, wait in that ridiculously long line (how can so many people always be there?) just to find out you needed something that you didn't bring.
